Everyday life is never completely written.
I would like to introduce myself
"In March 2016, I joined Grands Moulins de Paris at the age of 38 as Director of the Marseille Mill. Agribusiness and mainly cereals are the common thread of my professional career. The ENSMIC and engineering studies in Agro-food allowed me to acquire solid bases. A stint with the Pasquier pastry company and the Euralis cooperative then allowed me to grow before joining the Grands Moulins de Paris."

WHY DID YOU JOIN GRANDS MOULINS DE PARIS?
The company itself had already attracted me since my milling studies. The size of the job and the projects to be undertaken at the Moulin de Marseille convinced me to join this great company.
WHAT IS YOUR MISSION AT THE GRANDS MOULINS DE PARIS ?
I define and implement the industrial strategy for a production site that employs 70 people and supplies 3 markets: Artisanal bakeries, industrial companies and Francine supermarkets. That is to say, on a daily basis as well as on a projected horizon: I lead and manage people and production activities with the objective of customer satisfaction.
WHAT MAKES YOU PASSIONATE ABOUT YOUR JOB?
The wealth of activities, the daily life is never completely written. I find myself an actor and at the center of the process of creating values, whether human or economic.
WHAT IS YOUR PROUDEST ACHIEVEMENT AT THE GRANDS MOULINS DE PARIS ?
