"Aged 23, I joined GMP on July 1, 2020 thanks to my apprenticeship in the craft industry where I was able to obtain my diplomas of CAP pastry chef, CAP baker, Brevet professionnel Boulanger as well as a Mention Complémentaire Traiteur. All obtained in various CFA and companies."

I joined GMP to learn more about flour.

 

WHAT IS YOUR MISSION AT THE GRANDS MOULINS DE PARIS ?

I carry out various breadmaking tests for the purpose of research and development. I work more specifically on milling mixtures.

I am passionate about working with raw materials from all over the world and starting from scratch to arrive at a finished product.
