As part of the PLUS loyalty program, we are particularly proud to be able to offer our PLUS customers a great opportunity to work alongside recognized professionals in the world of baking! These meetings offer participants a unique opportunity to perfect their know-how, discover new techniques and enrich their expertise in a professional and inspiring setting!

An exceptional transfer of know-how alongside seasoned professionals

From the beginning of February to the end of April, our PLUS customers have the chance to take part in one-day workshops led by 3 Meilleurs Ouvriers de France (MOF) - Joël Defives, Nicolas Streiff and Mickaël Morieux - and Fabien Nolay, World Bakery Champion and instructor at the École de Boulangerie et de Pâtisserie de Paris.
These professionals bring their expertise and passion to the table, guiding participants in the creation of artisanal recipes. These meetings have already started in Carcassonne, Strasbourg, Paris, Colmar... and will continue in several other towns until the end of April, with a total of 29 dates. Because we're a miller who listens closely to our bakery customers, we're going to meet them all over France to offer them a chance to exchange ideas and learn from each other.

During these days, viennoiserie takes center stage! Participants were able to handle Grands Moulins de Paris flour to produce a variety of creations, developing their technique and product expertise, as well as acquiring valuable skills that will enable them to expand and diversify their in-store offering.
