From May 6 to 9, 2018 was held the 22nd edition of Bakery China in Shanghai, one of the biggest trade shows in Asia around the bakery and pastry industry. We are delighted to have participated in this show and to have shared our booth with our distributor Sunway.
Our milling know-how at the service of our customers
On the occasion of Grands Moulins de Paris' 100th anniversary, we wanted to emphasize our French know-how and milling expertise.
On the flour side, we have presented one of our best-sellers: the Campaillette Des Champs. It has a simple process to make and an excellent sourdough taste, which has seduced.
We had the pleasure to present again our Serenity improver, easy to use, operational for multiple applications and guaranteeing volume for any type of product and method.
Our innovations at the heart of our product offering
The innovation we highlighted this year was our Quinograin mix. A delicious bread with a generous amount of seeds: sesame, quinoa and chia, which has aroused a lot of interest.
In terms of novelties, we also exhibited our signature ingredients: our sourdoughs and our malts.
We close this event by being extremely satisfied with our meetings and exchanges with many professionals.
