On October 16, on the occasion of International Bread Day, French bakery was in the spotlight in Hong Kong with the French Bakery Cup, of which we were the official partner.

Throughout the competition, our French flours accompanied the candidates in creating their bakery creations. At the end of the trials, it is Jerry Man, from the bakery The Forest Bakery Plus, who won the competition!

Until his participation in the Summer Camp 2025, Jerry Man was mainly focused on Hong Kong bakery specialties. This experience allowed him to learn more about French baking skills and to start creating iconic products such as croissants and baguettes.
