"Whether an employee is in production, at his office, on the road or at the Paris Bakery and Pastry School,

There is no reason for him to get hurt on the job."

I would like to introduce myself
I joined Grands Moulins de Paris in March 2012, while doing my end-of-studies internship on the Bordeaux site. After two rich years, both professionally and personally, spent in charge of safety on this site, I have now joined the team of the Quality Safety Environment department.

MY MISSION AT THE GRANDS MOULINS DE PARIS :

To lead the security process in collaboration with all the internal actors and spokespersons. My mission is to associate safety with all functions and departments of the company. Whether an employee is in production, at the office, on the road or at the Paris Bakery and Pastry School, there is no reason for him or her to be injured at work.

WHAT I AM PASSIONATE ABOUT IN MY JOB:

To be in touch with the field, the production. Already during my studies, I was fascinated by the Industrial Engineering courses, the manufacturing processes, and also by this Canadian documentary: "How It's Made" which explains how everyday objects are made.

In my job, I also like to be close to the sites and to be asked about a variety of subjects. It allows me to constantly learn new things.

MY MOST BEAUTIFUL PRIDE IN THE BIG MILLS OF PARIS:

Without hesitation, the involvement of everyone in our CARE safety culture approach. Initiated in October 2014, it can already be found on the sites and is gradually being developed throughout the Grands Moulins de Paris perimeter.

Security contacts are an opportunity to discuss what is CARE and what is not.

"CARE" is now part of the internal vocabulary for everyday safety in the company.

MY FAVORITE GRANDS MOULINS DE PARIS PRODUCT:

The Ceramic Campaillette and its 5 seeds !
