I worked for 5 and a half years at Metro as a recruitment officer for the head office and then as an HR Manager at the Nanterre site. Today I am in charge of HR missions for Grands Moulins de Paris on the Reims site. Previously, I was on the commercial perimeter at headquarters."
SINCE WHEN AND WHY DID YOU JOIN GRANDS MOULINS DE PARIS ?
I joined Grands Moulins de Paris in January 2020 because it was a great opportunity for me to discover a new company and to broaden my missions, thus to increase my skills.

Participate in cross-functional projects or projects related to the company's human resources, support employees in the development of their skills and managers in their operational issues, manage the organization and administration of personnel.
WHAT IS YOUR DAILY LIFE LIKE?
As an HR operative, no two days are alike! I interact with and advise numerous employees (managers, employees, local representatives, etc.) and candidates applying for our jobs. I manage and update various HR dashboards, write different types of documents and do monitoring.
WHAT IS YOUR PROUDEST ACHIEVEMENT SINCE YOU JOINED THE COMPANY?
To have been able to support and develop employees within the business and the Reims site.
