Could you introduce yourself?

Luc Novellas, I am 35 years old, I have a baker's training and I am installed in Saint Victoret (13). It is my 3rd bakery with the Grands Moulins de Paris, I have 10 years of installation in bakery before.

How did you meet GMP? Why did you choose to be accompanied by GMP in your first installation project?

I already knew Grands Moulins de Paris. I chose to be accompanied by them in my first installation because I had a colleague who had been installed by GMP and who had been satisfied. He recommended GMP to accompany me in my project, so it was word of mouth.

You are now in your 3rd bakery. Did GMP assist you in selling your business and in finding/purchasing new ones? How did the sales go?

Yes, Grands Moulins de Paris helped me in all my steps. I have not yet sold any of my businesses, but I have been accompanied in my buyout projects. Even if I found my last bakery on my own, GMP introduced me to many others.

Why did you choose GMP to support you in all your projects?

I chose Grands Moulins de Paris because they offered me real support. I needed financing and they provided it. I also knew the Transactions and Financing Advisor in my region.

Are you satisfied with the support you received? Can you describe it to me / how you were accompanied?

Yes I am satisfied! And today they help me in my purchase project, they present me several funds for sale.

What if I had to do it again?

I'll do the same thing again, I won't change anything!

Would you recommend GMP as a miller to support bakeries that want to set up and/or sell their business?

Yes, I would recommend Grands Moulins de Paris as a miller to accompany bakers who want to set up or sell their business because there is a good follow-up, good support, good accompaniment.

Are you a happy baker today?

Yes, I am fully happy in my job as a baker today.

Any advice for those who want to set up for the first time?

My advice to all those who would like to set up for the first time is to go and meet the Grands Moulins de Paris because they know how to accompany you. They are also the organizers of the Young Bakery Entrepreneurship Contest (CJE) and offer to participate.
