In the UK for the last 4 years as a Technico Manager and Support.

Help and support as the best I can our customers mostly artisan. Develop the market in the UK with 2 others Technico Support from the Compagnons Du Devoir doing their « Tour de France ».

Being in contact with our customers, bakers and build a healthy and strong relationship with them.
Sharing our experiences and our cultures between UK and France to create a new combination between our 2 countries and bring a bit of “French touch” in the bakeries with humility and open mind.
