Introductory workshops for all ages

Whether you’re an enthusiastic amateur or an adult looking to change careers… Do you want to learn the basics of baking, pastry making, Viennese pastries, chocolate making, or ice cream making? Our 100% hands-on introductory courses, held in professional kitchens and led by passionate instructors, are perfect for you!

What would you like to learn?

– The Basics of Baking: We offer a 35-hour (5-day) course to help you master the basics of baking. Homemade baguettes and bread will hold no secrets for you! The cost of this week-long course is €1,296.

– The Basics of Pastry Making: This 35-hour (5-day) course will introduce you to the basics of pastry making. Ready to become the king of the kitchen? The cost of this week-long training course is €1,296.

– The Basics of Pastry Making: Over 3 days (21 hours), you’ll learn the basics of pastry making. Croissants, pain au chocolat… You’ll discover everything you need to know to prepare a French-style breakfast! The cost of this course is €779.

– The basics of ice cream making: ice cream, sorbets… Do you dream of creating delicious frozen desserts? This course is for you! The cost of this training is €756.

– The basics of chocolate making: tempering, dipping, coating… Chocolate will hold no secrets for you! The cost of this course is €756.

At the end of each class, you’ll take home the recipe cards for the dishes you’ve made, so you can recreate them at home.

These training courses can be paid for out of pocket or through the Personal Training Account (CPF), Pôle Emploi, etc.

For each of these courses, several dates are already available, and registration is open on the website of the Paris Bakery School.

All courses are held in person at the Ecole de Boulangerie de Paris, in the12th arrondissement.
