Aiming for a responsible food supply requires a better understanding of the problems of all the players from fork to farm. This is why, since last year, Grands Moulins de Paris has been organizing Wheat Routes in different regions of France.

The opportunity to discover everything that happens upstream of the supply of our flours and understand how farmers adapt to consumer demand.

For 2022, Grands Moulins de Paris is organizing 9 Wheat Routes exclusively for artisan bakers to discover the wheat trial fields of our partners who supply our mills.
