Achieving a sustainable food system requires a better understanding of the challenges faced by all stakeholders from farm to table. That is why, since last year, Grands Moulins de Paris has been organizing “Routes des Blés” events in various regions of France.

This is an opportunity to learn about everything that goes into sourcing our flour and to understand how farmers are adapting to consumer demand.

In 2022, Grands Moulins de Paris is organizing nine "Wheat Tours" exclusively for artisan bakers, offering them the opportunity to visit the wheat trial fields of our partners who supply our mills.
