The bread wheat of the 7 regional mills comes from France and is grown as close as possible to our mills.

Grands Moulins de Paris uses 100% of the agricultural resource "wheat" and is committed to an ecological approach. Grands Moulins de Paris favors sustainable modes of transport: depending on the mill, wheat can be transported up to 60% by barge, or even 90% by train.
