This year, the show is focusing on the "French Bakery" or how to promote French expertise in the bakery and pastry sector in France and internationally.

For the 2022 edition, Grands Moulins de Paris welcomes you to a stand covering more than 80m² showcasing our products, our identity, and our authenticity.
The booth will be divided into two parts:
• A reception area, where you can talk to our sales representatives, technical advisors, transaction advisors, etc.
• A real bakery where you can watch live demonstrations every day at 11:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. by the Confrérie des Boulangers Grands Moulins de Paris !

Throughout the day, members of our guild will be giving demonstrations of our flours and milling mixes.
Don't miss the demonstrations with commentary, every day at 11:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.! On the program are two demonstrations on the themes of "snacking trends" and "artisan expertise."

The Berrouga:
