The Bread Festival: What Is It?
During the Fête du Pain, the French have the opportunity to spend several daysenjoying the company of otherswhile savoring delicious products made by passionate artisan bakers. They can also meet the bakers to learn more about their daily lives, their expertise, and their products.
The events of the Bread Festival help promote careers in baking and pastry making, as well as those in retail. Indeed, sales associates represent the bakery’s image and serve as the first point of contact with customers.
