Once again this year, the Salon de l’Agriculture provided Grands Moulins de Paris with an opportunity to reaffirm its mission: to bridge the gap between the land and the table. From sustainable commitments to showcasing baking expertise and strategic partnerships, here’s a look back at the highlights of an event dedicated to regenerative agriculture.

New partners from Grands Moulins de Paris join the TRANSITIONS Program

One of the highlights of this year’s event took place at the AgriDemain booth during the roundtable discussion on competitive and sustainable supply chains. It was in this context that the TRANSITIONS program, launched by the VIVESCIA Group, took another decisive step forward for regenerative agriculture and biodiversity.

Two major signatories have joined this initiative:

  • Commitments from flagship clients: McDonald’s France and Bimbo QSR have officially joined the program. This commitment was formalized by Inès Zerilli (Bimbo QSR), Guillaume de Beaurepaire (McDonald’s), Valérie Frapier (Director of the TRANSITIONS program), and Christophe Duchez (Sales Director at Grands Moulins de Paris).
  • Regional rollout: The Valfrance cooperative is now expanding the program. This is excellent news for the sustainable supply of our Paris-Gennevilliers mill.

The GMP Guild at the heart of the Boulangers du Grand Paris bakery

This week, artisanal craftsmanship took center stage more than ever in the aisles of the Salon de l’Agriculture! Because the quality of our flours truly comes to life only in the hands of passionate professionals, Grands Moulins de Paris showcased its baking expertise at the Île-de-France Region’s booth.

Thank you to Jérôme Brohet and Florian Douchin, members of the GMP Bakers’ Guild, who took turns in the Boulangers du Grand Paris bakery. They worked alongside other expert bakers and Franck Thomasse, President of the Boulangers du Grand Paris, to showcase the excellence of the region’s artisanal baking and the technical expertise behind the products.

It is this tradition and mastery of the craft that continue to uphold the reputation of our industry, from the grain of wheat to the crusty loaf.

Our Francine brand was also prominently displayed in the window of the La Coopération Agricole booth, during the “Seed Hunters” events organized with the ANMF at the Intercéréales booth, and during the events at the Food Banks booth, which we have been supporting for several years.
