A successful charity event at the store!

OnSaturday, March 25, a charity event was held at the shops of our artisan bakers, Campaillette and Copaline: for every baguette purchased, 10 cents were donated to thePetits Princes Association, which makes the dreams of seriously ill children and teenagers come true.

Thanks to the dedication of our members, we were able to make a donation of 55,000 euros to the Petits Princes Association.

In addition to this bakery program, theThe Paris School of Baking and Pastry is joining us in making the dream of a 10-year-old girl—a head pastry chef and cookie queen—come true.

>> On June 7, 2023, Blanche finally fulfilled her dream: learning how to make a three-tiered cake alongside instructor Jennyfer Kervan.

The conference with the Petits Princes association

On April 20, 2023, a conference was held at the headquarters in Ivry to allow Anaïs GARNIER HUE, Partnerships Manager atthe Petits Princes Association, to present the organization. Manon GERMAIN, Product Manager for the Campaillette and Copaline networks, also discussed the initiatives implemented in partnership with the association. Finally, Alina MARION, Head of Education & CSR, and Arantza MARTIN PLANTE, CSR Project Manager at the Paris School of Baking and Pastry, detailed all the sustainable development initiatives undertaken by the school.

Many locations took part in this initiative, organizing discussions about the event, a fun and friendly snack break, and the opportunity to make donations to the Petits Princes association.

A collaborative mural was created to leave a lasting impression, raise employee awareness of the work done by the Petits Princes Association, and serve as a lasting reminder of this initiative.

A big thank you to all the teams who worked to organize this charity initiative in our stores and across all our locations, as well as to the Paris School of Baking and Pastry and the Petits Princes association!
