From June 2 to 6, the teams at Grands Moulins de Paris came together around a common goal: to bring our safety culture to life through hands-on activities.

A safety culture at the heart of our values

At Grands Moulins de Paris, safety is everyone’s responsibility. Throughout the week, employees gathered for events focused on safety issues: an opportunity to take stock of our progress, brainstorm ways to improve, and share experiences and best practices. All of this is part of our CARE initiative, which is dedicated to ensuring everyone’s safety every day.

Hands-on activities at all locations

During this week packed with learning opportunities, several workshops were held at all locations on a variety of topics, including “the risks of addiction,” “warm-up exercises,” “raising awareness about the use of hearing protection,” and many others.

Some of our sites also participated in the Tetris CARE workshop: a collaborative game designed to help participants learn how to adjust their behavior in response to a growing number of alerts.

At the Briare site, two workshops marked the day: a session on the importance of wearing PPE led by ATYPREV, aimed at reinforcing proper safety practices, the importance of shared vigilance, and the role of collective and individual protective measures. The teams also took part in a fun and informative CARE blind test, attended by Pierre Nicolas Alia. At the end, each participant received a cooling neck band to help them stay comfortable at work during hot weather.

Finally, our headquarters in Ivry-sur-Seine was transformed into a playground for the CARE Olympics, a friendly competition combining fun activities, team spirit, and challenges focused on developing good habits. It was a great opportunity to build team cohesion while having fun
