From November 19 to 21, 2024 , visit ID Ingredients—a brand of Grands Moulins de Paris—along with Kalizea and Diamalteria Italianaat the , booth J42 in Hall 4.2, for the latest edition of FIE in Frankfurt, Germany. As part of the VIVESCIA Group, a leading French grain cooperative, we have complete control over the supply chain and offer a wide variety of ingredients derived from wheat, corn, and malt.
The three experts in cereal ingredients are coming together for the first time at this trade show to showcase functional and sensory ingredients from their three sectors:
• ID Ingredients with the wheat expertise of Grands Moulins de Paris, France’sleading miller, and its know-how in formulating, producing, and blending ingredients for Bakery, Pastry, Confectionery, and Catering (BVPT);
• Kalizea, a leading corn processing company in the European market and a specialist in corn-based ingredients for over 50 years;

“Hey Bro!”: the new innovative brownie mix
Hey Bro! : A balanced mix for making brownies
Designed specifically for the 2024 FIE event, “Hey Bro!” is a brownie mix developed using the expertise of the three companies in the VIVESCIA Group and made with ingredients from three grain supply chains:
– 100% French wheat flour from Grands Moulins de Paris, produced using the company’s century-old milling expertise,
– made from Kalizea’s toasted corn germ flour made from roasted corn germ, which adds rich notes of hazelnuts and toasted grains to your recipes and imparts a unique flavor profile,
– and Diachoco Dark Spray malt extract from Diamalteria Italiana, specially formulated to work in synergy with cocoa to create a unique flavor profile: notes of toasted malt, vanilla, and umami.
The preparation is formulated, produced, and blended by ID Ingrédients at the Grands Moulins de Paris blending plant in Briare (in the Loiret region of France)

– Sourdough starters for flavor and color:For over 50 years, Grands Moulins de Paris has been producing deactivated and dehydrated sourdoughs (wheat, rye, wheat germ) using a traditional baking method, without a fermentation starter, to achieve a perfect balance between acidity, aromatic intensity, and toasted notes that make them unique.
– CEREAL INGREDIENTS for flavor, texture, and color: ID Ingredients offers a wide range of functional and nutritional ingredients (micronized wheat bran, stabilized wheat germ, IXO nuggets, etc.). In collaboration with Kalizea and Diamalteria Italiana, we also offer natural food products derived from malt or corn that provide distinctive visual characteristics, unique flavor profiles, or natural coloring.
– FUNCTIONAL FLOURS for texture: flours with texturizing properties that are ideal for replacing starches and thickeners. This range includes heat-treated functional flours, also known as Gel Tex, used to enhance the texture of pasta, sauces, and the moistness of baked goods…
