From December 2 to 4, the three cereal ingredient experts presented their latest cereal-based solutions at Food Ingredients Europe 2025 (Hall 7.3 Stand H31). Belonging to VIVESCIA, a leading French cereal cooperative group, they are true experts in the wheat, barley, and corn sectors.
Building on the success of the 2024 edition of Food Ingredients Europe (FIE) in Frankfurt, Kalizea, Grands Moulins de Paris with its ID Ingredients brand, and Diamalteria Italiana are returning to FIE in Paris this year to showcase their technical and sensory innovations.
• ID Ingredients specializes in the formulation, production, and blending of ingredients for the bakery, pastry, and culinary sectors, drawing on the expertise of Grands Moulins de Paris, France's leading miller.
• Kalizea, the European leader in corn processing for over 50 years, focuses on corn-based ingredients and offers tailor-made solutions for various food applications (snacks, breakfast cereals, coatings, etc.).
• Diamalteria Italiana, a specialist in malt extract since 1909, supplies high-quality ingredients for innovation in the food and beverage sector.
New cookie mix - Cereal fusion
Cookie Mix – Cereal Fusion was developed especially for the Food Ingredients Europe 2025 trade show. It is a cookie mix that includes two recipes: popcorn flavor and cocoa-malt flavor, offering a whole new taste experience.
A unique creation from the three sister companies Kalizea, ID Ingredients—a brand of Grands Moulins de Paris—and Diamalteria Italiana, combining technical expertise and sensory innovation through cereal-based ingredients sourced from three different cereal supply chains:
• 100% French wheat flour from Grands Moulins de Paris, showcasing its century-old milling expertise,
• Kalizea's toasted corn germ flour, derived from cooked corn germ, adds delicious notes of hazelnut, popcorn, and toasted cereal to your recipes and provides a unique flavor profile.
• Diachoco Dark Spray malt extract from Diamalteria Italiana, specially designed to work in synergy with cocoa, delivering an unexplored flavor profile: roasted malt, roasted and smoky notes.
The preparation is formulated, produced, and assembled by ID Ingredients at the Grands Moulins de Paris assembly plant in Briare (Loiret, France).

• FUNCTIONAL FLOURS for texture: flours with texturizing properties that are perfect for replacing starches and thickeners. This range includes heat-treated functional flours, also known as Gel Tex, used to improve the texture of pasta, sauces, and baked goods, etc.
• SOURDOUGH for taste and color: Grands Moulins de Paris has been producing deactivated and dehydrated sourdough for over 50 years, using a traditional baking method that avoids fermenters.
