I would like to present myself
40 years old, 15 years of presence on the German market for Grands Moulins de Paris and a former student of the Ecole de Boulangerie et de Pâtisserie de Paris (EBP).
MY MISSION AT THE GRANDS MOULINS DE PARIS :
To develop our activity on the market of the artisanal and semi-industrial bakery, by supervising my team of technical salesmen. To accompany and advise our customers, to bring solutions to their technical constraints for the most part, while limiting the compromises, with the only goal: the production of a typically French product such as baguettes, croissants and brioches.
WHAT I AM PASSIONATE ABOUT IN MY JOB:
Human contact! Exchanging, sharing, learning about new trends and adapting them to the local market. To meet customers who are looking for quality, to accompany them in their projects of development and marketing of French products.
MY MOST BEAUTIFUL PRIDE IN THE BIG MILLS OF PARIS:
To find in the four corners of Germany, in quality and renowned bakeries, the French products that make us proud, namely La Campaillette and Campaillou!
