What is the Nutri-Score?
The Nutri-Score, created as part of the National Nutrition and Health Program, is a logo that makes product nutrition labeling easier to read and understand. It provides a simple and quick way to interpret nutrition tables, which are often difficult for consumers to decipher.
The logo symbolizes a scale of 5 colors, from green to orange, and 5 letters, from A to E.
Consumers are sensitive to this.
Consumers are paying more and more attention to what they consume and are choosing to turn to more responsible brands:
• 83% of French people are influenced by responsible brands when making purchases.
• 55% of them say they are willing to pay more if a brand is responsible.
