What is the Nutri-Score?
The Nutri-Score, developed as part of the National Nutrition and Health Program, is a logo designed to make nutritional labeling on products easier to read and understand. Its purpose is to provide a simple and quick way to interpret the nutritional information table, which is often difficult for consumers to decipher.
The logo features a scale of five colors, ranging from green to orange, and five letters, from A to E
Consumers are sensitive to this
Consumers are paying more and more attention to what they consume and are choosing to turn to more responsible brands:
• 83% of French people are influenced by socially responsible brands when making a purchase
• 55% of them say they are willing to pay more if a brand is socially responsible

You can now find the Nutri-Score ratings for Francine products directly on our website. These ratings will soon be displayed on the packaging of our four product lines: all-purpose flours, bread flours, and yeast in 2020, and baking mixes in 2021.
