This year, the 24th edition of the CFIA show (Carrefour des Fournisseurs de l'Industrie Agroalimentaire) was held in Rennes from June 9 to 11, 2021.
This unmissable event aims to bring together all the French and international food manufacturers. The participants come to discover the latest news of the profession.
After a year 2020 without a show due to the health context, the Grands Moulins de Paris teams were happy to meet their customers and exchange with them. The CFIA 2021 was also an opportunity to highlight our new products, in particular the "GMP VEGETAL" range, through various tastings.

On the occasion of the CFIA 2021, Grands Moulins de Paris exhibited its new ingredients, including the "GMP VEGETAL" range.
Anchored in the consumer trends of the moment, the "GMP VEGETAL" range consists of three gourmet blends that combine functionality, texture and unique flavors for new savory or sweet taste experiences.
Inspired by plants, 100% VEGAN and based on natural ingredients, the SEEDS, BERRIES and NUTS blends are all subtly elaborated around yeast signaturesGrands Moulins de Paris, made in an artisanal way for 50 years, and malted barley flour from the Vivescia group.
These mixes contain cereal and legume flours, seeds, berries and nuts and can also be customized according to the needs and desires of consumers.
Versatile, the mixes can be adapted to all types of applications such as breads, sandwich loaves or buns, croissants, muffins, madeleines...
