This year, the 24th edition of the CFIA trade show (Carrefour des Fournisseurs de l’Industrie Agroalimentaire) was held in Rennes from June 9 to 11, 2021.
This must-attend event aims to bring together all French and international food industry professionals. Participants come to learn about the latest industry news.
After a 2020 without any trade shows due to the pandemic, the teams at Grands Moulins de Paris were delighted to meet with their customers and engage with them. The 2021 CFIA also provided an opportunity to showcase our new products, particularly the “GMP VEGETAL” line, through various tastings.
Introduction to the "GMP VEGETAL" line
At CFIA 2021, Grands Moulins de Paris showcased its new ingredients, including the “GMP VEGETAL” line.
Rooted in current consumer trends of the moment, the “GMP VEGETAL” range consists of three gourmet blends that combine functionality, texture, and unique flavors for new savory or sweet taste experiences.
Inspired by nature, 100% VEGAN, and made with natural ingredients, the SEEDS, BERRIES, and NUTS blends are all subtly crafted around signature sourdoughsfrom Grands Moulins de Paris, handcrafted for 50 years, and malted barley flour sourced from the supply chains of the Vivescia Group.
These blends contain cereal and legume flours, seeds, berries, and nuts, and can also be customized to meet consumers’ needs and preferences.
These versatile mixes can be adapted for all kinds of applications, such as bread, sandwich bread, buns, croissants, muffins, madeleines, and more.
