I would like at
Valérie Mourlon, 38 years old, in the milling business for 15 years, including 7 years with Grands Moulins de Paris. I've held a number of different positions, first as a Telesales Representative, then as a Network Coordinator, moving on to Credit Manager, then Transactions and Financing Advisor and, since the beginning of 2015, Transactions and Financing Manager for my Centre-Est region.
MY MISSION AT THE GRANDS MOULINS DE PARIS :
Since the beginning of 2015, I've been leading my team of 5 Transaction and Financing Advisors. My role is to accompany them, support them in all stages of the business transaction and encourage them to achieve our objectives.
WHAT FASCINATES ME ABOUT MY JOB:
Nothing's won until it's signed. We savor the victory when the 1st flour order is placed, and when customers talk about us as professionals in the Transaction of goodwill. I love that!

In fact, I have plenty...but if I had to choose, it would be to be able to testify, because I've accepted a job where I'm trusted, and as I don't like to lose, I put all my energy into winning.

It's hard to choose because I'm very greedy, but I'd say...La Pointe Paysanne, but I love the muffins and the raspberry macaroons are to die for...!
