A Conference on Workplace Equality

On March 18, a conference on workplace equality led by a consultant from the agency Gloria . The presentation focused on gender bias and the steps needed to create an equitable work environment. Participants gained insights on how to become active allies in promoting equality. The goal is to foster lasting and meaningful change within our company.

Quizzes to challenge common misconceptions!

We also organized internal quizzes on the topic of workplace equality, which helped us learn more and challenge some common misconceptions!

Activities at the Reims site

On Friday, March 7, Géraldine Laurent, director of the Reims mill, made a point of giving a rose to all the women present, as well as to the men so they could give them to their mothers, wives, sisters, and all the women in their lives. 

Flower-shaped bread was made by our test bakers at the Reims mill to mark the occasion.
