A year and a half ago, we launched a new product called Campaillette Aux 2 blés in the Bordeaux region. Given the warm reception this product received, we decided to make it available to all our artisan bakers nationwide.

 

This product contains a blend of durum and soft wheat, giving it hints of biscuit and hazelnut when tasted. Its soft, airy crumb and crispy crust only make it even better.

In addition to its great taste, this product meets your current expectations and addresses your concerns:

  • A product moisture content of 85% or higher, ensuring good profitability
  • A versatile product that can be used to make a wide variety of snack recipes
  • Excellent preservation

The use of the name "Campaillette Aux 2 blés" for marketing this product in bakeries is reserved exclusively for members of the Campaillette brand. To learn more about the many benefits of membership, please contact your sales representative.
