At this intimate trade show, bakers will have the opportunity to meet expert partners who can help them grow their businesses, all in one place. The 12 exhibitors will showcase their support solutions—designed specifically for artisan bakers—at their respective booths.

These two days of the trade show will feature meetings at the booths of the following exhibitors, based on attendees’ areas of interest:
• Monday, November 6, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Tuesday, November 7, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
To round out the discussions, two roundtable discussions will also be held, moderated by Armand Tandeau, a journalist at La Toque Magazine.

• Tuesday, November 7, at 10:30 a.m.: “From Dough to Pixels: Discover the Daily Lives of Connected Bakers” featuring:
– Claire Madoré – Director of Marketing & E-Business at Grands Moulins de Paris
– Marijana Mircevski from Eclair de Marius bakery (17th arrondissement, Paris)
– Claire Bretteau of Boulangerie Bretteau (7th arrondissement, Paris)
– Alistair Smith, France’s Best Apprentice, a former student and instructor at the Paris School of Baking and Pastry, and Associate Advisor for Boulangerie Tranché (9th and 17th arrondissements of Paris).
Tours of the Paris School of Baking and Pastry, located next to the Museum of French Arts, will also be available upon registration at the entrance to the fair.
Finally, a contest will be held for all attendees at the fair, offering the chance to win three grand prizes (rules are included on the entry form distributed at the fair).
