A Story of Trust and Partnership
This victory is the culmination of a wonderful human journey that began in late 2024, when they first walked through the doors of our mill in Bordeaux.
From the initial training sessions leading up to the opening of their shop in 2025, all the way to their win of the “Best Croissant in the Landes” award last March, we’ve had the privilege of watching this project grow step by step.
As a miller, seeing such passionate artisans bring out the best in our flour every day and win this title at *La Meilleure Boulangerie de France* is the greatest reward of all.
A Shared Success
This success is the result of a true team effort involving our teams, who supported Les Intrépides in various ways:
– The sales and technical team provides consulting and follow-up support after installation.
– The production and quality control teams, who work every day to ensure we deliver flour of the highest quality.
– The Paris School of Baking and Pastry, which hosted the duo last March for a decorating workshop that clearly paid off!
Seeing our milling expertise combine with the talent of our artisans to reach the pinnacle of French baking… it’s for moments like this that we do what we do!
