These events provide participants with a unique chance to hone their skills, discover new techniques, and expand their expertise in a professional and inspiring setting!
An exceptional opportunity to learn from experienced professionals
From early February through the end of April, our PLUS customers have the opportunity to participate in workshops led by three Meilleurs Ouvriers de France (MOF)—Joël Defives, Nicolas Streiff, and Mickaël Morieux—as well as Fabien Nolay, World Bakery Champion and instructor at the Paris School of Baking and Pastry.
These professionals share their expertise and passion by guiding participants through the creation of artisanal recipes. These events have already begun in Carcassonne, Strasbourg, Paris, Colmar… and will continue in several other cities through the end of April, with a total of 29 dates. Because we are a miller who is close to and attentive to our baker clients, we travel to meet them throughout France to offer opportunities for exchange and knowledge-sharing.
During these workshops, pastries take center stage! Participants had the opportunity to work with Grands Moulins de Paris flour to create a variety of pastries, thereby honing their techniques and deepening their understanding of the products, as well as gaining valuable skills that will enable them to expand and diversify their in-store offerings.
