As part of the PLUS loyalty program, we are particularly proud to offer our PLUS customers a wonderful opportunity to work alongside renowned professionals in the world of baking! These meetings offer participants a unique opportunity to hone their skills, discover new techniques, and enrich their expertise in a professional and inspiring setting!

An exceptional transfer of expertise alongside qualified professionals

From early February until the end of April, our PLUS customers have the opportunity to participate in workshops led by three Meilleurs Ouvriers de France (MOF) award winners: Joël Defives, Nicolas Streiff, and Mickaël Morieux, as well as Fabien Nolay, World Bakery Champion and trainer at the École de Boulangerie et de Pâtisserie de Paris.
These professionals bring their expertise and passion to bear as they guide participants in creating artisanal recipes. These meetings have already begun in Carcassonne, Strasbourg, Paris, Colmar, and will continue in several other cities until the end of April, with a total of 29 dates. Because we are a local miller who listens to our baker customers, we travel throughout France to meet with them and offer opportunities for discussion and knowledge sharing.

During these days, pastries take center stage! Participants were able to work with Grands Moulins de Paris flour to create different products, thereby developing their technique and mastery of the products, as well as acquiring valuable skills that will enable them to expand and diversify their in-store offerings.
