The Bakery Carousel: a look back at an unmissable event for our artisan customers

On November 16 and 17, 2025, the second edition of the Carrousel de la Boulangerie took place at the Musée des Arts Forains. This intimate trade show, organized by Grands Moulins de Paris in collaboration with its partners, provided artisan bakers with an opportunity to meet the key players in their daily work. Here’s a look back at a day filled with meaningful exchanges, new discoveries, and opportunities.

A unique opportunity to meet key players in the baking industry

Fourteen exhibitors were on hand to showcase some thirty products. Specialized suppliers and industry experts were able to share their expertise and innovations with our visitors.

245 visitors in two days

Discovering new solutions for their businesses, meeting suppliers and industry experts in person, and finding inspiration for future projects: these are just some of the reasons why artisan bakers from the Île-de-France region and beyond turned out in large numbers to visit the trade show.
