From September 13 to 17, 2025, Grands Moulins de Paris took part in theInternational Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE) in Las Vegas. This is the largest event dedicated to the baking industry in the Western Hemisphere.
This participation was an opportunity to present our innovations, meet our partners and showcase the expertise of our international teams.

The event offers interactive experiences, networking events and inspiring forums, creating ideal opportunities to exchange with professionals and discover the latest trends and innovations.
A committed team with a World Champion in its ranks
On this occasion, our Export team was on hand to showcase our flours and innovative solutions for US bakers and manufacturers.
We're very proud to count among our ranks Ambrose ERKENSWICK, technical advisor to the Confrérie des Boulangers Grands Moulins de Paris. He took part in this year's Coupe du Monde la Boulangerie as part of the United States team: with his team-mates, they won 2nd place!
