From September 13 to 17, 2025, Grands Moulins de Paris participated inthe International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE) in Las Vegas. It is the largest event dedicated to the baking industry in the Western Hemisphere.

This event provided an opportunity to showcase our innovations, meet with our partners, and highlight the expertise of our teams on the global stage.

IBIE brings together all segments of the grain-based products supply chain and serves as a platform for the global baking community. The event features interactive experiences, networking events, and inspiring forums, creating ideal opportunities to connect with industry professionals and discover the latest trends and innovations.

A dedicated team that includes a World Champion

On this occasion, our Export team was on hand to introduce our flours and innovative solutions to bakers and food manufacturers in the United States.

We are very proud to count among our ranks: Ambrose ERKENSWICK, technical advisor for the Confrérie des Boulangers Grands Moulins de Paris. This year, he competed in the World Bakery Cup as part of the U.S. team: together with his teammates, they took second place!
