From March 23 to 25, our sales team attended the Horesta Biarritz trade show. Our participation in this event was an excellent opportunity to reaffirm our place in the local market, strengthen our close relationship with our bakery customers, and stand out from the fierce competition.

It was also a key moment to meet many prospects, customers, and institutional representatives ChristianGelis, President ofUMIHHautes-Pyrénées,ArnaudFernandez, Co-President of the Departmental Federation of Bakers and Pastry Chefs ofthe PyrénéesAtlantiques, andFabrice-Sébastien Bach, 7th Deputy Mayor of theBiarritz City Council.

On display: a showcase of our expertise

We showcased several of our flagship flours and milling mixes in a variety of forms:
Aux 2 Blés, Platine Label Rouge CRC, Petit Épeautre, Chia’rismatique, Tourte de seigle BIO, Compl’exquis, Campaillou, Pavé du Forgeron, la Gruau, etc. Our technical advisors also made some beautiful pastries, which were displayed in our window.
