From March 23 to 25, our sales team attended the Horesta Biarritz trade show. Our participation in this event was an excellent opportunity to reaffirm our presence in the local market, strengthen our close relationship with our bakery customers, and stand out from the fierce competition.

It was also a key opportunity to meet with many prospective clients, existing clients ,and institutional representatives , includingChristianGelis, President ofUMIHHautes-Pyrénées,ArnaudFernandez, Co-President of the Departmental Federation of Bakeries and Pastry Shops ofthe Pyrénées-Atlantiques, andFabrice-SébastienBach, 7th Deputy Director of the Commerce Division atBiarritz City Hall.

We showcased several of our flagship flours and miller’s blends in a variety of forms: “
” “Aux 2 Blés,” “Platine Label Rouge CRC,” “Petit Épeautre,” “Chia’rismatique,” “Tourte de seigle BIO,” “Compl’exquis,” “Campaillou,” “Pavé du Forgeron,” “la Gruau,” and more. Our technical advisors also created beautiful pastries that were displayed in our showcase.
