On October 6 and 7, our IDF North sales team attended the Rest’Hotel trade show in Rouen. At the event, our sales representatives were delighted to meet with clients, partners, and prospects from the region to discuss our flagship products while offering them a tasting!
Over the course of these two days, we had the opportunity to let trade show visitors sample our flours and miller’s blends, such as Campaillou, Compl’exquis, and Pavé du Forgeron. To showcase our expertise, our teams also prepared pastries such as brownie bow ties and raspberry swirl tartlets, as well as snack items like puff pastry sandwiches and focaccias.
This year’s Rest’Hôtel in Rouen was a success, allowing us to showcase our milling expertise while building strong relationships with local stakeholders.
