On October 6 and 7, our IDF Nord sales team took part in the Rest'Hotel trade show in Rouen. During the event, our sales staff were delighted to meet with customers, partners and prospects from the region, and to exchange ideas with them over a tasting of our flagship products!
During these two days, we had the opportunity to let visitors test our flours and milling mixes, such as Campaillou, Compl'exquis and Pavé du Forgeron. To enhance our expertise, our teams also produced viennoiseries such as brownie bow ties and raspberry tourbillon tarts, as well as snack products such as puff pastry sandwiches and focaccias.
This year's Rest'Hôtel in Rouen was a great success, allowing us to showcase our milling expertise while building strong relationships with local players.
