Las Vegas, Singapore, Dubai, Shanghai, New York… Here’s a look back at our 2023 trips, bringing us closer to our customers!
IBIE Trade Show in Las Vegas:

From September 18 to 22, 2022, Grands Moulins de Paris participated in the IBIE trade show in Las Vegas, the largest trade show for the grain and food industry in the Western Hemisphere. This was an opportunity for us to showcase several of our flagship products: Red Oats, Pâtissière Violette, Tradition T65, which are essential flours for this region.
The trade show also gave us the opportunity to showcase“Liberté”flour. This organic T65 flour was developed through a collaboration between the American miller Central Milling and Grands Moulins de Paris.

FHA HoReCa, the International Food Exhibition in Singapore:

At the FHA in Singapore, held from October 25 to 28, we were present at our distributor’s booth. Thanks to demonstrations led by our technical advisor, Loïck Fort, visitors had the opportunity to admire our baguettes, pastries, and French-style bread. It was a chance to pique the curiosity of some and build connections with more seasoned connoisseurs. The wide variety of our products on display was a real asset, allowing us to highlight the wide range of products that we are able to supply internationally.

Gulfood in Dubai:

For the sixth consecutive year, we attended the Gulfood trade show in Dubai from February 20 to 24, 2023. This was an opportunity for Grands Moulins de Paris to showcase its flours, miller’s mixes, ingredients, and baking improvers, as well as to present our iconic brand Francine to potential international clients. This brand, well-known and recognized by everyone in France, certainly made an impression on visitors. New challenges lie ahead!

Bakery China in Shanghai:
Grands Moulins de Paris had the opportunity to participate in the 2023 edition of Bakery China, which took place from May 22 to 25 in Shanghai. This major event is dedicated to the baking and pastry industry in the Asia-Pacific region, where Grands Moulins de Paris has been the leading supplier of French flour for over 10 years.
Our best-selling products are the T55 Tour Eiffel and the T45 Gruau Rouge. These flours are suitable for a wide range of products, including croissants, pains au chocolat, and baguettes—some of France’s most popular items! Summer Fancy Food Show in New York:
The Summer Fancy Food Show, which took place in New York from June 25 to 27, provided the perfect opportunity to unveil our collaboration with Dominique Ansel, a French pastry chef based there.
This partnership led to the creation of three types of cake flour for the general public, available in convenient, resealable , leak-proof packages .
The iconic Francine brand was also in the spotlight as it set out to conquer the U.S. market, featuring products such as T45 wheat flour, cake flour, pancake mix, and waffle mix.
