See you at booth B049 in Hall 2.2 on March 2 between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.!

The iconic Francine brand will be featured at the Intercéréales booth—the French grain industry association—on Saturday, March 2, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Francine marketing team will present its new Wheat Supply Chain through educational workshops open to everyone, led by farmers from the supply chain.

The “Wheat and Mills” workshop, led by farmer Francine, will explain the wheat supply chain, the realities of life as a grain farmer, and how a mill operates. An interactive quiz will be offered to explore the stages of a wheat grain’s life cycle in the field and its transformation into flour through the various steps of the milling process.

The workshop "Flour in the Kitchen" will help consumers better understand the recommended uses for different types of flour in cooking.

Participants will receive gifts: recipe booklets with discount coupons, reusable shopping bags, and dish towel hooks (while supplies last).

The new Francine Wheat Supply Chain is:

• Nearly 300 farmers from the VIVESCIA Cooperative are committed to producing wheat that meets strict specifications (minimum Level 2 environmental certification)

• A commitment to continuous improvement to help foster more sustainable agriculture

• Compliance with a set of 16 environmentally efficient requirements organized around four pillars

– Biodiversity conservation

– Integrated Pest Management for Crop Protection

  • – Optimized Fertilization Management
  • – Water resource management

Proud to represent this new supply chain, Francine T45 wheat flour—a staple in French kitchens—has been featuring the farmers in the supply chain on its packaging since February 2024.
