“The Magic Christmas Wheel”
Article 1: Organization
This contest, titled “The Magic Christmas Wheel” (hereinafter the “Contest”), is a no-purchase-necessary contest organized by GRANDS MOULINS DE PARIS, a public limited company with a capital of 37,232,832 euros, whose registered office is located at 99 rue Mirabeau, 94200 Ivry-Sur-Seine, registered with the Créteil Trade and Companies Register under number 351.466.495 (hereinafter the “Organizing Company”), under the terms and conditions set forth in these rules (hereinafter the “Rules”).
Article 2: Conditions of Participation
The Contest is open to any individual of legal age residing in mainland France (including Corsica), with the exception of employees of the Organizing Company and its group companies, as well as their family members (hereinafter referred to as the “Participant” or “Participants”).
Article 3: Contest Rules and Duration
The Contest will run from 10:00 a.m. on December 1, 2024, to 11:59 p.m. on December 23, 2024 (hereinafter the “Contest Period”).
To participate, the participant must first have a Facebook account.
The Organizer will hold a daily drawing from December 1 through December 23 to award one prize per day (via the virtual wheel) and a special drawing on December 24 among all participants who played during the Promotion Period to award the special prize.
To enter the daily drawing and the special drawing, the Participant must:
– Follow the Facebook account @Campaillette (hereinafter the “Account”);
– Like the post;
– Spin the virtual wheel by signing up via the link in the post, which takes you to a registration form (where you’ll need to enter your contact information: last name, first name, email address)
Participants can increase their chances of winning by entering every day through the Account by returning to the post and re-registering via the registration form as mentioned above, limited to one entry per day and subject to compliance with the Promotion Period.
For the special giveaway on December 24, participants can double their chances of winning by tagging a friend in the comments section of the post.
Comments are moderated after they are posted to ensure respectful use and compliance with Facebook’s Terms of Service and Community Standards. This includes, but is not limited to, the following rules:
– Participants agree to comply with Facebook’s Terms of Service.
– Only comments related to the topics discussed on the Account—and free of advertisements or links to websites that are unrelated to the Account’s conversation topics—will be accepted.
– Comments that defame or are likely to damage the image or reputation of a brand, an individual, or a legal entity will be removed, and their authors may be banned from the Account.
– Any comments that are defamatory, racist, xenophobic, abusive, or disparaging toward another user of the social network are prohibited, as are any comments of a pornographic or pedophilic nature.
– Calling for a boycott is prohibited under current law
– Posts that consist mostly of capital letters, which may be perceived as aggressive, should be avoided.
Any content that does not comply with the above terms and conditions may be removed by the organizing company without prior notice.
The organizing company is not responsible for external links posted in the comments, and links that do not comply with the rules outlined above for comments may also be removed without notice.
Article 4: Selection of Winners
Each day during the Promotion Period, one winner will be selected via the daily drawing of the “Magic Christmas Wheel.” Each winner will receive a single prize, for a total of 23 prizes awarded at random. Another winner will be selected via the special drawing on December 24 for the special prize.
Winners will be selected at random from among the entries that comply with the terms and conditions described in Section 3. The Organizer will verify that the selected winner meets the eligibility requirements.
The winners will be announced on the Account no later than December 31, 2024.
Winners will be contacted by email by the Organizing Company (at the following email address: contact@campaillette.com) and/or via a private Facebook message. If the Participant does not respond within 15 days of the message being sent, they will be deemed to have forfeited their prize, and the prize will remain the property of the Organizing Company.
By accepting their prize, Winners grant the Organizing Company permission to use their first and last names, their city and state of residence, as well as the name, city, and state of their business, in any promotional material, on the Organizing Company’s website, its social media platforms, and on any affiliated website or medium, without such use giving rise to any rights or compensation other than the prize won.
Winners must comply with the Rules. If it is determined that they do not meet the criteria set forth in these Rules, the prize will not be awarded to them. Participants authorize any verification of their identity, age, mailing address, or the fairness and sincerity of their participation. As such, the Organizing Company reserves the right to request a copy of the Winners’ identification before sending the prize. Any false statement or provision of a false identity or address will result in the immediate disqualification of the Participant and, where applicable, the reimbursement of any prizes already sent.
Article 5: Designation of the Lot
The prize pool consists of several prizes with a total value of €92.94 including tax (average retail price of €92.94), broken down as follows:
– 6 sets of Christmas tree decorations, each containing 2 figurines, with a unit price of €3.28;
– 2 sets of candy canes, each valued at €19.23;
– 3 Playmobil Santa's Houses, each priced at €45.99;
– 5 cookbooks featuring Christmas cookie recipes, each priced at €9.45;
– 7 small raclette machines, each valued at €14.99.
– The special bundle, valued at €269.99 (including tax).
The value listed for the prizes corresponds to the estimated price, including tax, as of the date these Rules were drafted and does not include shipping costs; it is provided for informational purposes only and is subject to change. The Organizing Company cannot be held liable for any incident or accident that may occur during the use of the prize.
All trademarks or product names mentioned are registered trademarks of their respective owners.
The prize cannot be exchanged for another item or for any monetary value, and is not eligible for a partial or full refund, even in the event of issues during the
damage during shipping (breakage, defective items, etc.). Participants are advised that the sale or exchange of prizes is strictly prohibited.
Article 6: Shipment of Consignments
Winners will receive all the necessary information for prize delivery via email or private Facebook message within 15 days (excluding weekends and holidays) following the daily drawing or special drawing.
The prize will be mailed to the winners at the address they have provided to the organizing company.
The prize will be delivered no later than three weeks after the Winners provide the Organizing Company with their mailing address.
The Organizer shall not be held liable for the shipment of the prize to an incorrect address due to the Winners’ negligence. If the prize cannot be delivered to the recipient for any reason beyond the Organizer’s control (such as the Winners having moved without updating their address, etc.), the prize shall remain the permanent property of the Organizer.
Article 7: Game with no purchase necessary
There is no obligation to purchase to enter this contest. No claims for reimbursement may be submitted to the organizing company regarding any costs incurred in connection with participation (such as internet connection fees).
Article 8: Limitation of Liability
Participation in the Contest implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the Internet, particularly with regard to technical performance, response times for viewing, retrieving, or transferring information, the risk of interruptions, and, more generally, the risks inherent in any Internet connection and transmission, the lack of protection for certain data against potential misuse, and the risks of infection by potential viruses circulating on the network. Consequently, the Organizing Company shall under no circumstances be held liable, including but not limited to:
1. the collection, transmission, and/or receipt of any data and/or information on the Internet;
2. any malfunction of the Internet that prevents the Game from proceeding or functioning properly;
3. failure of any receiving equipment or communication lines;
4. loss of any paper or electronic mail and, more generally, loss of any data;
5. routing issues;
6. the operation of any software;
7. the consequences of any virus, computer bug, malfunction, or technical failure;
8. any damage caused to a Participant’s computer or phone;
9. any technical, hardware, or software failure of any kind that prevented or limited the ability to participate in the Contest or caused damage to a Participant’s system;
10. any malfunction of the prizes distributed as part of the Contest, and any direct and/or indirect damages they may cause.
It is hereby clarified that the Organizing Company shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from any interruption or malfunction of any kind, for any reason whatsoever, or for any direct damages that may arise, in any way, from connecting to a social media platform in connection with this Contest. It is the responsibility of each Participant to take all appropriate measures to protect their own data and/or software stored on their computer equipment against any infringement.
Any individual’s use of the Facebook social network and the Participants’ participation in the Contest are entirely at their own risk.
The Organizing Company may cancel all or part of the Contest if it appears that fraud has occurred in any form, including through computer manipulation or in the determination of the Winners. In such a case, the Organizing Company reserves the right not to award prizes to those found to have committed fraud and/or to pursue legal action against the perpetrators of such fraud in the competent courts. The Organizing Company shall not, however, incur any liability whatsoever toward Participants as a result of any fraud that may have been committed. In particular, the following shall be considered fraud:
Participants are prohibited from using fictitious names or names borrowed from one or more third parties; each Participant must enter the Contest under their own unique name. Any fraud will result in the Participant’s disqualification.
The Game is not managed or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. Facebook shall therefore not be held liable under any circumstances for any disputes related to the Game. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Game should be directed to the Organizing Company and not to Facebook.
The Organizer reserves the right, for any reason whatsoever, to cancel, postpone, suspend, or extend the Contest, or to modify all or part of the terms and conditions set forth in these Rules. If, as a result of circumstances beyond its control, the Organizer is compelled to exercise this right, it shall not be held liable.
The Organizing Company reserves the right to permanently exclude from the various games any person whose fraudulent behavior interferes with the proper conduct of the games. Furthermore, referring fictitious individuals will result in the player’s immediate disqualification. Similarly, any attempt to use the Game outside of the unmodified interface provided on the website will be considered an attempt at fraud. Furthermore, decompiling the Game, using a personal script, or any other method intended to circumvent the intended use of the Game as set forth in these Rules will also be considered an attempt at fraud and will result in the Participant’s immediate and irrevocable disqualification.
Article 9: Provision and Acceptance of the Rules
The Rules are available free of charge to anyone who requests them from the Organizing Company at the following mailing address: 99 Mirabeau Street, 94200 Ivry-Sur-Seine, and at the following website during the Contest Period.
Participation in the Contest implies that each Participant fully and unconditionally accepts all the provisions of these Rules. Failure to comply with these Rules will result in the automatic cancellation of participation and any award of the prize.
Article 10: Personal Data
As part of the Contest, the Organizing Company may collect only the following information from Participants: the username of the social media account used, and the Participant’s contact information for prize delivery (last name, first name, email address, phone number, and mailing address). The collected data will not be used by the Organizing Company at a later date. It will be retained solely for statistical purposes and will be stored in an Excel file by the Organizing Company’s marketing department for a period of three years, strictly for retention and archiving purposes. Only the Organizing Company’s marketing department will have access to this data. At the end of this period, the collected personal data will be destroyed. The Organizing Company guarantees to Participants that their data will not be used for commercial purposes or sold, and that no data will be disclosed to third parties.
In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended, on information technology, files, and civil liberties, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, individuals for whom the Organizing Company holds personal data have the right to object, the right to erasure, the right to restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to be notified of a breach, the right not to be subject to automated decision-making, and the right to access and rectify data concerning them.
Consequently, any person who has provided personal data to the Organizing Company has the right to request that any information concerning them that is inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous, or out of date be corrected, supplemented, clarified, updated, or deleted.
For any information regarding the processing of personal data, or for any data subject wishing to exercise their rights, such individuals may submit a written request along with proof of valid identification:

Article 11: Disputes
These Rules are governed by French law. To be considered, any disputes regarding the Contest must be submitted in writing to the following address: 99 rue Mirabeau, 94200 Ivry-Sur-Seine, no later than ninety (90) days after the Contest Period. Any issues regarding the application, interpretation, or consequences of these Rules, or any cases not provided for in these Rules, shall be decided by the Organizing Company.
