“My name is Aurélien Delsarte, I’m 34 years old, and I’m a computer and industrial automation engineer. I joined GMP in March 2016 as a maintenance technician, and since then I’ve moved up twice: first to maintenance team leader and now to maintenance manager.”

There is no set routine; every day brings its own set of new challenges and solutions to ensure the ongoing reliability of our facilities. I regularly consult with my colleagues and other departments.
