I joined Les Recettes de mon Moulin six years ago as Customer Credit Manager. Since then, I have held various roles at Grands Moulins de Paris across different business lines and markets.
MY ASSIGNMENT AT LES GRANDS MOULINS DE PARIS:
Manage customer service teams whose daily responsibilities include receiving requests from our customers, prospects, and sales representatives, and whose goal is to handle these requests in accordance with our customer satisfaction commitments.
WHAT I LOVE ABOUT MY JOB:
The diversity of my job means that no two days are ever the same, and I can never predict what a day will bring. My role requires me to constantly seek ways to improve our services, which ensures that I engage in frequent cross-functional collaboration.
