A look back in pictures.
Francine at the Châlons Fair
A giant bag of flour:
As soon as they entered the VIVESCIA village, visitors were greeted by a giant package of Francine flour! It was a great point-of-sale display designed to highlight the Francine products, which were showcased further on under the Vivescia tent.
The Châlons Fair also provided an opportunity for the Francine brand to distribute discount coupons and bags of flour, which were given away as part of a VIVESCIA contest.
Operation Pancakes:
Special promotional events were organized to highlight the brand; for example, a crêpe promotion featuring Francine mix was held on weekends and Wednesdays.
100 kilograms of Francine flour were also delivered to the Young Farmers’ Association to help liven up their booth with tastings and games. Twenty kilograms of pancake mix were set aside for tastings, and 80 kilograms of flour were given away as prizes to their visitors.
More than ten tons of wheat donated to the Food Bank:
Throughout the Châlons Fair, in partnership with the association Les agriculteurs ont du cœur, the Vivescia Group invited its cooperative members to donate wheat. A total of 10.1 tons of donations were collected and will be processed into Francine flour, which will then be donated to the Food Bank.
Campaillette at the Châlons Fair
A local partnership:
Every day, an artisan baker who is a member of the Campaillette network who owns several bakeries in Châlons-en-Champagne supplied the VIVESCIA Village with baguettes and pastries for visitors to enjoy.
Highlighting Campaillette flours:
Bags of flour Campaillette Grand Siècle and Campaillette Des Champs were also arranged on either side of a bread display.
News Cœur d’Epi flours were also highlighted at the booth. Developed in partnership between Vivescia and Grands Moulins de Paris, these flours are made from wheat grown using soil conservation farming and are available for artisanal bakeries in the Grand-Est and Île-de-France regions.
