Our presence at the CFIA in Rennes

At the 25th edition of CFIA 2022, held in Rennes from March 8 to 10, we showcased our new products.

It was in the heart of Europe’s leading agri-food region that our colleagues from the Ingredients Divisionenthusiastically met with customers, partners, and prospects.

Highlights at our booth:

  Our range of sourdoughs,

  The Century, our blend of ancient grain flours,

  The toasted corn germ flour,

  Fermented Beluga lentil flour,

  The Berrouga, our double-award-winning miller’s blend rich in plant-based protein (Pépites de la Boulangerie 2021 and Sirha Europain Awards 2022), and selected to be displayed at the“Tendance et Création alimentaire” booth at the trade show.

Throughout the three-day event, visitors had the opportunity to sample our products.
